Our Story & Mission
PPEC of Palm Beach is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) center that serves medically fragile children. Our purpose-built facility is centrally located in Palm Beach County to deliver medical care in a daycare setting while stimulating social and interpersonal growth. We serve children from birth to under 21 years of age in a clean, professional, and nurturing environment. Among our founders are parents of special needs children, as well as an experienced healthcare administrator and a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces.
PPEC of Palm Beach was founded to focus on the quality of care and resources available to children with special health needs. Being parents who have walked the same path as many of our families, our team understands the complexities of the special needs world. Through our own experiences, we saw a need for welcoming spaces providing clinical care where children look forward to attending and parents are easily able to access their children and staff. Our vision is to create a network of services and resources to help ease some of the hardship and frustration experienced while navigating the special needs world for the first time.
Our commitment is to make a difference in each child and their family’s life. Our experienced staff understands and honors the responsibility of our care taking duties wholeheartedly. We are dedicated to treating your child with the dignity and love they deserve. We want you to consider PPEC of Palm Beach as your child's home away from home.
