Admission Process

Steps done with heart, soul, mind & strength for your child

1
Inquiry
We speak with you about our center, evaluate your child's needs, and determine if they are eligible for PPEC.
2
Tour & Intake
We coordinate a tour of the center. If you choose to enroll, we complete intake paperwork and an initial nursing assessment.
3
Records Processing
Our team requests medical records from the child's primary care physician and any specialists to confirm a need for nursing services.
4
Care Plan Development
A plan of care is created outlining your child's medical needs and goals, sent for signature, then submitted to insurance for approval.
5
Approval
A case worker from Medicaid (Kepro, EQ, or Accentra) or other insurance plan contacts both you and PPEC with any questions or updates.
6
Enrollment
Once approved, your child can start attending. Approval is for a 6-month period, renewable if goals are still being worked toward.
